Shipping

• Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. But please allow up 3-5 days for your order to ship in the busy seasons.
• We primarily use USPS to ship our orders. Frist Class and Priority Shipping will have tracking numbers.
• Once your order leaves Crewel & Unusual, the USPS is in control of the delivery times. Estimated Delivery Dates are based on the carrier’s estimations and are not guarantees.
• Crewel & Unusual will not be responsible for lost or theft during shipping.
• We do offer Route Shipping Protection on your order at checkout and it is recommended.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns

• Our refund and returns policy is 30 days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable as that is paid to USPS to deliver the package.
• The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• We will issue a refund after we receive the item back and inspect it.
