👕 Embroidery Size Guidance for Shirts
For best results for embroidery on shirts, we recommend designs no larger than approximately 3-4 inches usually placed on the upper left or right chest area (from the wearer’s perspective).
❌ Large designs or full chest placements measuring upwards of 8–10 inches are not suitable for embroidery on t-shirts, as they may affect comfort, drape, or fabric integrity.
