🪲 The Cicada Hat Has Officially Hatched

An idea hat spend years underground, has just emerge screaming into existence.

Introducing the Cicada Hat, featuring a fully embroidered cicada mid-molt on three styles of caps; low-profile, mid-profile, and trucker.

Emerge screaming from your slumber into the heat and the humidity of Summer 🪲💥

This drawing had many iterations before it reached this final form. Most of them felt very “flat” or didn’t have “character.” I know their wings take some time to develop as they break free, but I felt that it just need to capture the essence of it, think of it as a time-lapse 😀

I’m pretty satisfied with the this guy. His little wave is so cute and gives it a friendly feeling, like “hello!” but instead it’s “ZREEE!”
